Swift Consulting was founded by John Swift (formerly of Hamilton Swift & Associates), with over 35 years in the land use and environmental planning fields.  Our professional experience includes extensive work in both private and public sector land use planning and combines an in-depth knowledge of local/regional issues with a broad background and expertise which includes Land Use, Environmental Planning, Permit Processing and Real Estate Development.
