SEAN SWIFT

Prior to SCS, Sean worked for Carmel Partners, MMC Real Estate and the Boston Consulting Group. In his previous roles, Sean led a number of business initiatives, including business development, corporate finance, asset management, project development, investments & strategy

 

At SCS, Sean works on the family's principal developments and manages projects for clients. He is also a Senior Advisor to Pine Ventures, a Utah based real estate investment firm.

Sean began his career at Bank of America in the Corporate Audit Group. At BofA, Sean took a risk management approach to internal audit, providing advisory and assurance services to a number business lines including Global Risk, Legal & Compliance, Consumer Product Strategy, Global Wealth & Investment Management, Global Banking & Markets and the Global Commercial Bank

 

Sean received his MBA and Interdisciplinary Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from the Haas School of Business at University of California Berkeley. While a student at Haas, Sean was president of the Berkeley Real Estate Club, a recipient of the Jon Q. Reynolds Real Estate Entrepreneur Fellowship and Trione Entrepreneur Fellowship. He has held teaching assistant positions for courses in real estate development and accounting. He was also a team member for several case national case competitions
