DANIEL SAPHORGHAN

​Prior to joining SCS, Daniel owned his own land use consulting business, was a project manager for a high-end custom home builder, and owned a property maintenance company (in the UK). In these roles he supported clients on high level projects, gained entitlements and permits for property owners, Managed construction project,  portfolio of investors and construction loans, conducted feasibility studies for future development. 

His strengths lie in his ability to manage complex projects, communicate with the professionals and agencies to achieve the desired result of his clients and navigate the path to gain entitlements and permits. Throughout his 15 years of experience in real estate development he has developed the key skills of persistent communication and building good relationships with clients, consultants, decision makers and agency staff. He has extensive knowledge of recent law changes in ADU and SB9 land divisions and enjoys reviewing recent law changes which enable clients to develop properties with greater flexibility and reduced cost.
